Job Vacancy For Finance & Admins Manager



An exciting opportunity exists in a reputable Real Estate Company for a suitably qualified and experienced Finance professional as:- Finance & Admins Manager

Duties and Responsibilities include

•   Leading a team of Finance and Admin staff as Head of the Shared Services center
•   Meeting the business objectives of the SSC, including service level agreements
•   Preparing, submitting and presenting periodic and annual reports
•   Supervision of all taxation activities to ensure compliance with tax regulations
•   Preparation of Financial Schedules (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements) for strategic planning and budgeting purposes
•   Supervision of payroll processing
•   Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) and/or A professional qualification in Accounting
•   At least five years post-qualification experience
•   Demonstrable knowledge in financial management and analysis
•   Ability to lead, develop and motivate a small team
•   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point
•   Effective communication skills (oral and written)
