Dalex Capital management is seeking a Finance Manager to manage monthly financial reporting of our managed accounts and funds.

Job Summary

•   The Finance Manager will also be responsible for analyzing financial performance of funds and portfolios under management as well as preparing annual budgets, treasury management; internal controls; year-end audit and tax reporting

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Have a professional accounting qualification
•   At least 5 years experience in Accounting, Finance and Private Equity/Asset Management
•   Good knowledge of SEC compliance and filing matters preferred
•   Have completed the Ghana Stock Exchange course certification
