Job Vacancy For Finance Operations Manager (10 Positions)
Key Job Responsibilities
Financial accounting & reporting
• Stock Reconciliations on monthly basis
• Reconciliations of accounts as per needs
• Cyclical stock reporting
• Physical/Manual Stock reconciliation
Capex
• To assist in preparing Opex / Capex proposals - including information memorandum, projections and Bill of Quality / Materials, development impact reports, etc
• To work closely with the Procurement team that leads country operations to monitor on spending towards the projects
• To prepare Capex spent report and necessary documents for presenting a comprehensive MIS to the management on monthly basis
• To work on strategic reports as per the need of Finance and budget department
• To coordinate with country finance teams for budget analysis
Intercompany transactions
• Review of the intercompany transactions
• Identifying and reporting any variances
MIS
• Ensures timely preparation and submission of monthly MIS
• Should have hands on experience in MIS, Cross margins, working capital
• Overheads analysis (budget V/s Actual)
Risk Management
• Identify risk gaps and come up with plans/guidance for implementation of the risk management strategy
• Lead, review, monitor and reporting of the risk management
Qualification Required & Experience
• Degree in Finance from reputed University and/or related work experience
• Experience: minimum of 2 to 4 years post qualification of which 2 years should be in middle management position holding financial accounting & monitoring responsibilities. Candidates from similar business field will be preferred
• IT literate having good working knowledge of SAP-FICO/MS Dynamics
• Prior experience of developing and using financial monitoring and reporting systems
• Able to work effectively in diverse team environment
