DATABANK is a leading Asset Management firm in Ghana and Africa. The company seeks dynamic, talented, values-based and innovative individuals for the following roles: Financial Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Provide up to date intelligence and feedback on stocks under coverage.
•   Work with models, gather and analyze market and company specific data, perform sector benchmarking, valuation analysis etc.
•   Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data; maintain valuation models.
•   Screen market news and identify relevant stories that should be highlighted to internal and external customers.
•   Ensure internal clients are serviced in a timely manner; respond with a sense of urgency to external customer queries.
•   Other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
•   A postgraduate Degree, MBA, MSc (in a related discipline) or CFA qualification will be preferred

•   Numeracy – ability to work well with numbers and excel spreadsheets
•   Outstanding analytical skills
•   Knowledge and experience in valuation techniques
•   Financial statements analysis
