A Holdings company with a Real Estate and significant Equities Portfolio is seeking a dynamic, talented, value-based and innovative individual to fill the following position: Financial & Research Analyst

Specific Responsibilities

• Provide up to date intelligence and feedback on stocks in the portfolio and prepare strategic, financial and valuation analyses, conducting due diligence and in-depth stock analysis to recommend new stocks
• Work with models, gather and analyse etc and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data and maintain valuation models
• Undertake market fundamentals and technical analysis and provide advice on their impact on stock performance
• Attend annual General Meetings for the portfolio of stocks
• Manage a portfolio of real estate properties located in prime areas in Accra and perform other responsibilities

Qualifications Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting or a related field (Master's Degree in the above fields will be an added advantage)
• 3 to 5 years related experience, especially in an investment Bank's Corporate Finance & Research Unit
• The candidate should have passed all courses of the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities course. Other professional qualification, including CFA, ACCA, CIMA or ICAG (part or fully qualified) will be an added advantage

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proven experience of undertaking strategic reviews of businesses and market research, including financial statements and technical analysis
• Have an entrepreneurial approach to research with high level of professional ethics and integrity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and effectively communicate orally or in written form, including presentations and prioritise in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues, must have ability to build effective working relationships, plan and organise.

Remuneration: The remuneration is very attractive and subject to negotiations
