A Reputable Construction / Real Estate Firm seeks the services of a Finishing Engineer/Architect.

Job Description

• The incumbent would take the ownership of the finishing work of any project of the company
• The incumbent should have relevant finishing experience in High rise, Pent house, etc
• The person should have very strong Finishing background with eye to detail and should have expertise in residential finishing work and be able to lead the finishing team at the site
• Should have hands on experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing and handing over of works
• Should be conversant with project contract documents and approval protocols pertaining to finishing execution

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a degree is required
• At least 7 years work experience
• A self motivated /go getter, result oriented person
• Knowledge of High Rise Residential and well conversant with requirements of Real Estate sector is a must
