A property development organisation (client) seeks the services of competent and experienced individuals for the following position: Finishing Manager

Responsibilities

• Shall be responsible for all day to day activities for finishing contractors on site
• Ensure that each project is delivered according to the required quality standards and within agreed timescales
• Must have a keen eye for detail and must be one who takes pride in working with very high spec finishes

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, architecture or any related field
• 5 or 10 years of relevant experience in the Development / Construction industry
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills required
• Excellent team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
