Role Purpose
• Contributing to Tigo’s strategic goals.
• Support Mobile Market distribution, sales, corporate and customer operation teams in the provision of KPI to improve visibility and react quickly.
• Ensure accurate and timely visibility on customer acquisition for Mobile Market is available to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide information to stake holders for decision-making purposes
• Select appropriate reporting tool(s) for developing acquisition and performance trends
• Conduct statistical and strategic analysis which includes preparing monthly, quarterly, annual, and on-request reports.
• Develop and maintain Tactical, Strategic, Administrative and Operational analytical capabilities.
• Conduct briefings and presentations of analytical findings and conclusions.
• Liaise with technical and field team to resolve registration issues
• Monitor acquisition and distribution project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
• Ensure proper documentation of processes
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least two year experience working in analysis
• Experience in project management
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
• Good understanding of Microsoft office, features, and integration capabilities
