A newly established fruit processing company along the Cape Coast - Elmina highway seeks the services of the following professionals: Food Scientist / Biochemist

Job Summary

• This position is responsible for ensuring that products are produced safely, legally and are of the highest quality.
• Food scientist shall conduct experiments and laboratory investigations as well as design that processes and machinery for making products consistent in flavor, colour, nutrients and texture within a strict and ever-changing framework

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of first degree in biochemistry, food science or any related field
• A minimum of 5 years experience in food processing with specialty in the beverage industry
• High standards of cleanliness and ability to adhere to strict hygiene rules
• Exceptional attention to detail especially with regard to health, safety and hygienic
• Good communication skills
• Strong teams working spirit
• Must be computer literate
