A Ghana-based foreign reputable company engaged in real estate worldwide is looking for a Outstanding, dynamic and seasoned accountant.

Job Summary

S/he will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

•   Making related financial forms and reports based on correct accounting principles and procedures
•   Dealing with the Ghana taxation authority on relevant issues.
•   Carrying-out the accounting processes of invoice treatment in accordance with sound accounting practices.
•   Processing bank and intercompany transactions

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a recognized university
•   More than 10 years working experience as a professional accountant and must have prior finance experience in in real estate ideally have the experience in foreign company
•   With good understanding of Ghana’s tax laws and be versed with Ghana Taxation(VAT, WHT, PAYE, SSNIT etc.)
•   Be conversant with relevant accounting software applications
•   Meticulous, strong communication and interpersonal skills
•   Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
