General Description of Job

• Assist the financial functions. The position is mainly responsible for driving profitable growth, forecasting, controls and closing the monthly books. This position also provides financial support and analysis to other teams

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation of IFRS financial statements and preparing IFRS financial statements where and when necessary
• Using the related supporting documents to verify, record and process transactions timely and matching the related deadlines in line with the related regulations and laws to make sure timely and accurate completion of month end close process
• Accounting for the investments and fixed asset purchases
• Accounting fr import transactions
• Assisting the tam during the internal and external audits
• Assisting in account reconciliations with vendors and customers
• Assisting and preparing when necessary tax declarations in line with the related tax laws right on time
• Assisting in the corporate management accounting and reporting procedures
• Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts and information related to suppliers and investory
• Maintains confidentiality with all financial documents and sensitive company and employee information
• Maintains proper filing and documentation with strong attention to detail
• Accountable for knowledge of and compliance with GAAP and company accounting policy
• Maintain and adhere to internal control structure
• Communicating with clients to discuss account status, charges or discrepancies

Qualification Required & Experience

• University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar field
• Qualified Accountant and/or CA qualified
• 5 years professional
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft application
• Highly experienced in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc)
