A leading company in drumming and distribution of alcohol within Ghana and West Africa is looking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the following management position:- Accounts Manager

Reports to the General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Finance Department.

Principal Accountabilities

•  As part of the Management Team, the candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing the Company’s Financial Policies and Strategies to meet its financial goals
•  In collaboration with Colleague Managers, provide understanding of the financial status and sensitivities of all the elements of the business to enable cost effective decision making at all levels of the organization
•  Overall responsibility for the performance of the Finance Department
•  Coordinate the Annual Operating Plan and Budget development of the Company
•  Report regularly the financial position of the business
•  Produce annual financial reports
•  Responsible for the Hiring, Coaching, Performance Management and Development of staff in the Department
•  Preparation of books of accounts for the company
•  Succession planning and Talent Management of all key roles in the Department

Qualification Required & Experience

•  CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification
•  MBA in Finance/Accounting will be added advantage
•  A minimum of 5 years successful track record in a Leadership position
