Job Summary

The Accounts Officer will report to the Finance Manager.

He/She shall be responsible for the following responsibilities :

•   Book invoices and payment of suppliers as assigned;
•   Do accounts reconciliation vs supplier statement;
•   Manage withholding tax calculation and process,
•   Check clearing invoices;
•   Do bank reconciliation.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least a first degree with 7 years minimum experience;
•   Experience in the use of accounting softwares;
•   Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage;

•   Must be Strategically focused;
•   Ability to handle multiple tasks to completion;
•   High sense of integrity and confidentiality;
•   Ability to think and work independently;
•   Excellent reporting skills;
•   Fluency in written and verbal English
