Job Profile:

•   An administrative role focused on managing training.
•   The Administrative Assistant manages training from calling clients for training, to ensuing training goes on smoothly.

Job Description:

•   Keeping training schedules
•   Ensuring venue is always ready at the times for training
•   Ordering and maintaining training stationery and materials
•   Organizing refreshment and meals for trainees
•   Preparing training materials before, and certificates, after training
•   Calling clients to give information on training
•   Answering calls and e-mails regarding training.
•   Ensuring that information on website concerning training is up to date and standard.
•   Maintain training equipments and assets

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Stenographer 111, HND (secretaryship and Management studies), HND (Secretarial Studies)
