Job Vacancy For Administrative Manager
A reputable Telecommunications and ICT company is seeking to engage the services of a competent professional into the above-mentioned position: Administrative Manager
Key Responsibilities
The Administrative is expected to:
• Ensure the effectiveness of the administrative function of the organisation and align administrative objectives to the overall organisational strategy
• Supervise the budgeting and maintenance of supplies in all company owned/rented residences, offices and facilities
• Supervise the general tidiness of the office environment and other functional premises of the company
• Oversee administrative duties within the transport unit and ensure the proper functioning and profitability of the Transport Unit
• Co-ordinate disposal of assets in accordance with laid down regulations
• Handle the inventory of all company assets and contract management
• Supervise in house security operations and all outsourced security services and ensure alignment to the organisation's strategy
• Supervise the insurance of all assets and ensure the security of life and property
• Manage all company facilities and insurance budgets and ensure cost effectiveness
• Oversee office and facilities management within the organisation
Qualification Required & Experience
• A Master's Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in similar role
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Ability to drive lean implementation and achieve value
• Problem solving skills
• Resourcefulness and negotiation skills
• Leadership and Tenacity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
