Job Vacancy For Administrative Officer
We are a reputable automobile company based in Accra who is into Sales and Services of brand new Japanese vehicles and maintenance. We seek to employ proactive, energetic, young individuals with proficiency in administrative and customer service work.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Preferably a Lady
• Tertiary Qualification in administration or marketing
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in a reputable organisation
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
Skills & Competence Needed
• Natural flair for customer service
• Must be a good communicator
• Must be good team player
• Must be assertive and be able to manage people
• Must have personal initiative qualities
• Must be a very good record keeper and organiser
• Ability to demonstrate basic book-keeping skills
