Job Vacancy For Administrative Officer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate administrative procedure of the company Monitor website and data sources
• Design artwork for the company
• Ensure swift and adequate response to clients of the company
• Manage company website and respond to enquiries from customers
• Monitor cost and expense in line with budget Maintaining inventory of office supplies
• Developing and maintaining good filling system Preparing and reviewing of operational reports
Qualification Required & Experience
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• In-depth knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Sound knowledge in finance and accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Office applications Strong IT background
• Ability to plan and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
• Basic knowledge in project management
• A good knowledge in human resource and customer service
