Job Vacancy For Administrative Officer (Western Region)
A reputable financial institution in the Western Region is looking for qualified, experienced, dedicated and reliable persons to fill the following vacancy:- Administrative Officer
Responsibilities shall include:
• Recruitment and Administration of the Human Resource of the company
• Collation and submission of income Tax documentation
• Submission of withholding Tax, Tax Clearance and SSNIT contributions
• Assisting the Secretary as and when required
• Attending meetings and taking minutes
• Staff Annual leave administration
• Manage filing, storage and security of documents
• Preparation and filing of documents with the Registrar General's Department
• Preparation of Staff Payroll
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager
Qualification Required & Experience
• 1st Degree in Management Studies
• 3 - 5 years work experience
• Must be computer Literate
