Job Vacancy For Administrative Secretaries At Atwima Mponua Rural Bank (Toase, Ashanti Region)



Job Summary

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Handling of daily routine of the Administrative Office
•  Typing and distribution of reports and correspondence
•  Receiving and directing calls to the appropriate departments
•  Filing of correspondence to the appropriate files and also ensure the movement of files
•  Provide support to Management and staff
•  Schedule, co-ordinate and organise meetings
•  Respond to enquiries and relay messages
•  Receiving and scheduling visitors
•  Making and confirming appointments as directed
•  Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A good first degree in Secretarial Management with 1-2 years working experience or A Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Management with two (2) or more years experience in a similar position
