Description Of Job

Key duties will include:

•  Answer general phone inquiries and greet visitors to the organization  in a professional and manner
•  Data entry and upkeep of the organization's databases, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
•  Provide administrative support to management and other staff
•  Drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
•  Organising correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction.
•  Organising and preparing documents, preparation of meetings and assisting with organising events.

Qualification Required & Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The ability to communicate in English is required and a working knowledge of:

•  Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
1) Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
2) Database Management
3) Internet
•  Proficiency in the use of office equipment:
4) Computer
5) Fax
6) Photo copier

Educational Qualification/Experience:

•  Diploma in Secretarial ship and Management. Preferably HND.
•  At least 3 years experience as administrative assistant
•  Administrative and reporting skills.
•  Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Verbal Communication
