Description Of Job

•  Provide sales and technical service support for mining process chemicals
•  Train mine staff, and transport companies on cyanide awareness and safety.
•  Secure new mining chemicals business with mining companies
•  Assist with obtaining necessary documentation from mining customers required for obtaining permits.
•  Follow-up on obtaining purchase orders and managing collection of debt from customers
•  Frequent visits to all customers both in Ghana and other West African countries
•  Travel time could be up to 55% of total working time

Qualification Required & Experience

•  BSc in Mineral Processing from relevant university, or at least 5 years of practical experience if graduated from a non-profile university/specialty.
•  Undergraduate degree or Diploma in either management discipline or business related technical discipline.
•  Experience working in an operating mineral processing plant, & use of chemical additives in the processes.
•  Experience in metallurgical laboratories and/or Engineering companies will be an advantage.
•  At least 3 years Sales experience to mining companies required.
•  And/or 5 - 12 years experience in service and technology based industries
•  Must be able to communicate clearly in both written & oral forms.
•  Demonstrated experience in creatively solving technical problems of customers
