Job Specification:

•  Candidate will be responsible to co-ordinate with field staff. Will be responsible for growth and development of assigned territories.
•  Responsible for Regional sales and collection budgets, performance and development of the Area Mangers and Medical Representatives
•  The job is to manage a team of 5-6 representatives in various Region, getting implemented the organizational strategies, controlling, monitoring for daily activities, achieving target-budget and set objective of the company.
•  Focus on people development, creating brand image at market place.

Qualification Required & Experience

Skills and Education Required:

•  BSc. Pharmacy/ Sceince / Biochemistry.
•  A minimum of 3-5 years marketing or sales experience;
•  Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
•  Excellent Good communication and presentation
•  Ability to deliver creative and innovative thoughts
•  Strong team work skills and the ability to follow directions

Desirable:

Diploma in Marketing; Knowledge or experience with marketing tools and techniques; Project management skills
