The company s expanding its Operations in Ghana and is looking for dynamic, results-oriented professionals who are ready to make a difference, to drive the brand in the country. Remuneration: Remuneration is competitive and as obtainable in Ghana Telecommunications industry
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics and any other related discipline
• An MBA or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage
• 5-10 enterprise sales in Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical Company, FMCG.
• Territorial experience of the region/location applied for is required.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of sales plan for the assigned territory.
• Develop Dealers to manage retail activities across assigned territories.
• Ensure product availability across assigned territory.
• Manage the activities of sales executives to ensure optimum implementation of sales plan.
• Ensure achievement of Activation and sales targets for assigned territory.
• Develop Dealers with financial capacity to drive retail execution across the regions.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports.
• Competition monitoring in assigned territory.
• Work with Sales Support Engineers on all technical issues.
