Job Summary

As its subsidiary, Tullow Ghana Limited is looking to enhance its cadre of senior professionals as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Manages the asset and be country representative and figurehead for internal and external stakeholders;
•  Ensures that all aspects of the project/asset such as well engineering, infrastructure, local content and organization capability are delivered;
•  Develops strong and effective relationships with Government, JV partners and industry stakeholders and identifies growth opportunities;
•  Initiates and executes work programs and technical justification as required;
•  Responsible for attracting capital for the relevant work programs in the annual budget process

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Masters Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline;
•  Minimum of 15 years experience at a senior level;
•  Technical background with significant line management experience;
•  Working experience in Petroleum Joint Venture environments, familiarity with JOAs, PSA and the Petroleum agreements and business system;
•  Familiarity with large asset operations/logistics;
•  Good commercial and finance skills and awareness;
•  Deepwater experience essential;
•  Strong leadership, communication, influencing and diplomacy skills
