Job Vacancy For Assistant Administrative Manager (Manufacturing)



Role Summary:

The role requires the individual to have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have practicing knowledge of business etiquette.

Responsibilities:

Your duties would include (but are not limited to) as outlined below

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
• Supervise agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions
• Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

• Experience in related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred
• Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures. Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities
