Job Vacancy For Assistant Cost Controller At Golden Tulip Kumasi City



The candidate must be capable of assisting the Cost Controller to:

•  Reconcile store reports to accounting reports
•  Prepare daily beverage reconciliation report
•  Prepare and analyze monthly food and beverage cost reports
•  Observe and perform stock counts in all stores and outlets
•  Review all store requisitions, ensuring that requisition procedures are adhered to by all departments
•  Ensure par stock in all bars are maintained and that no overs are issued
•  Control Food Cost
•  Assist the Chef with menu costing
•  Implement all cost control procedures
•  Perform all other related tasks

Qualification Required & Experience

•  At least HND/1st Degree in Accounting/Economics or CIMA Part 2 or related field qualification
•  At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar position
