Job Vacancy For Assistant Executive, HR
A reputable institution is seeking to recruit a Assistant Executive, HR
Job Purpose
• To provide recommendations for implementing key HR strategies in line with the company's people management objectives
Key Responsibilities
• Annual leave administration
• Support the implementation of an effective employee interaction sessions on a monthly basis
• Support new employees settle in smoothly through a robust and effective induction.
• Understands the records management principles and responsible for the administration and HR document management
• Create a data base of vendors and liaise with them to source for quotations on all request from the company before purchasing
• Design a robust system for effective inventory management of office supplies and stationery
• Monitor and support all HR support service staff for effective delivery of results
Qualification Required & Experience
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a strong communication and influencing skills and must:
• Possess a degree in Human Resource or related field
• Have working knowledge in Insurance is an added advantage
• Have a minimum of 2 years post qualification working experience
• Have computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & access)
