The Securities and Exchange Commission, a statutory body responsible for regulating the securities industry in Ghana to ensure, inter alia the orderly, fair and equitable dealing in securities, invites qualified Ghanaians for the above post.

Duties:
The applicant will report to the Head, Exchanges and Markets:

• Examining the trades that occur on the market to detect and discouraged offensive trade practices
• Scrutinise all announcemnets
• Examine quotations and transactions
• Inquire into ununsual trading activities
• Onsite and off-site inspections and reports of market operators
• Review financial and compliance reports of the market operations
• Process license applications

Qualification Required & Experience

The applicants should have the following qualifications:

• BSc Administration (Accounting) or equivalent qualification with a minimum of six (6) years post qualification experience; or
• MBA Accounting/Finance with a minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience
• Knowledge and experience in securities market operation is desirable
• Must be computer literate
