Competences and Skills

•  Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, other application
•  Strong management and organization skills
•  Demonstration of creativity and business acumen
•  Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
•  Good team player
•  Excellent working orientation and good knowledge in rural banking

Qualification Required & Experience

•  BSc Computer Science or equivalent in a related field
•  Dip MIS or City and Guild qualification in ICT
•  Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSCI)
•  Window 2000 Server Administration
•  Database Management (Grade Base)
•  Networking Experience SQL Server, MS Access
•  Application Software, Development and Implementation experience
•  Temenos Glosus and eMerge experience will be an added advantage
•  Not more than 35 years
