Duties:

• Serving drinks memorizing the drinks menu, pouring and mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, Garnishing drinks and making coffee
• Handling money collecting payment for sales, operating cash registers, and giving customers change
• Keeping the bar clean washing glassware, arranging bottles and glasses and keeping the bar area clean and tidy

Other duties

• Promoting services and products
• Tapping kegs and attaching supply lines
• Replenishing drink dispensers, shelves and refrigerators
• Restocking the bar
• Working closely with servers and chefs
• Following health and safety guidelines

Qualification Required & Experience

• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Multitasking
• Attention to detail
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Knowledge of beverages
