Best Western Premier Hotel, a reputable 4-Star Hotel in Accra at the Airport Residential Area, is ready to offer the above job opportunity. As part of expanding its business, the hotel seeks the services of a dynamic, resourceful, and highly motivated individuals to serve as Bi-Lingual Front Desk Executive.

Role:
Responsible for providing quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out of hotel guests and taking hotel reservations. Demand accuracy with daily accounting procedures.

Qualification Required & Experience

• At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision
• Ability to satisfactory communicate in English and French (speak, read, write) with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding
• Ability to accurately compute and manipulate mathematical calculations
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger
• Ability to work well under pressure of check-in/out of guests and handle multiple tasks at once
• Punctuality, regular and reliable attendance
• Honesty and integrity
