A reputable rural bank in the Eastern Region is looking for experienced and suitably qualified persons to be considered for the following vacant position: Branch Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing or Economics, ACIB and Masters will be added advantage with at least 5 years working experience as a branch manager in the specialised Deposit-taking institutions

Work Experience

Applicant must have experience in:

• Providing leadership in steering the affairs of the branch in order to achieve the set goals of the bank
• Coordinating and controling operational activities of the branch.
• Ensuring the profitability of the rbanch
• 124 Banking application will be added advantage
• Ensure acquisition and retention of customers by delivering the best service
• Staff management of the branch
• Preparation of prudential returns
• Preparing strategic plans, annual financial projections and any other plans and programmes that will impact positively the profitability of the branch
