Responsibilities will include:

•  Work with the team to maximize sales and contribute to the achievement of the overall business plan
•  Plan, organize, and monitor the activities of the team to optimize resources
•  Continually review and measure team activities against sales and other targets
•  Build effective capability in the team to ensure targets are achieved
•  Carry out all required team management and administrative activities
•  Establish and monitor appropriate management controls to ensure that issues are tracked and resolved and also to comply with legislations and mandatory codes of practice and standards applicable to Ghana

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Minimum of 1st degree
•  Experience in lending propositions preparations/processing
•  High marketing/selling proficiency
•  Strong interpersonal/communication skills
