A leading financial institution seeks to fill some vacancy and invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following position:- Branch Managers

Reports to Cluster Head, Retail Banking

Main Responsibilities include

•   Developing the Branch to increase sales, profitability and market share and customer satisfaction within the Transport and Telecom segments
•   Championing the formulation and implementation of strategies, plus and programs for the delivery of the bank's products targeted at the Branch's customers to generate revenues
•   Generating new revenue opportunities from existing & prospective customers in all market segments
•   Providing customers with solutions that leverage a full range of the Bank's products & services
•   Partnering with Banking Services, the Risk Management Group & other stakeholders to provide exceptional service to customers
•   Ensuring branch operating cost is within approved budget
•   Convincing and negotiating with customers to buy the Bank's Products & Services
•   Overall responsibility for the drive for deposit, mobilization, LAD, FX and enhance profitability
•   Managing and deepening relationships with both existing and prospective customers

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree in any discipline. A Master's degree will be an added advantage

Experience

•   Minimum of 6 to 8 years Retail / Business Banking experience
