Job Vacancy For Branch Operations Supervisor At Fidelity Bank Limited (Accra, Cape Coast, Berekum, Kumasi)



Job Purpose:

•   To manage the entire Branch operations team;  ensure delivery of quality service to customers, and  assist to deliver Branch sales targets account transactions

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of a  first degree in Business Administration, IT, Economics and other related fields
•   Minimum of 3 years banking experience, with at least 2 years in banking operations or business administration
•   Ability to supervise tellers activities at the branch
•   Ability to review and process entries and vouchers
•   Experience of managing both local and foreign currency
•   Ability to act as one of the custodians of the vault keys
•   Experience in the authorization of cash  transactions above Teller limits
•   Ensure all transit cash and suspense accounts are balanced.
•   Good team building and supervisory skills
•   Good working knowledge of processes and controls in all core banking activities
•   Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
