Qualification Required & Experience

Skills/Competencies Required

•   Experience in HUAWEI/ALCATE/ZTE BSS/TXN Systems
•   Exposure in repair & maintenance of passive infrastructure of cell site, gen sets and rectifiers systems.
•   Good knowledge of internal/external alarm systems of BSS network
•   Excellent knowledge of MS Office & report generation

Responsibilities

•   Responsible for complete operations and maintenance service support
•   Close interaction and coordination with domestic and international segment providers (SPs).
•   Monitor or troubleshoot and equipment and intermediary equipment involved in circuit build up
•   Provide periodic updates on network maintenance and service levels
