Job Summary
• The Business Development Assistant will provide administrative support to the company by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
• Receive and evaluate incoming phone calls, memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
• Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for the office. Make travel arrangements for executives.
• Assist with preparation, filing and administration of contracts and other corporate documents and records.
• Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by executives.
• Support business development activities by researching databases and gathering industry intelligence.
• Lead proposal preparation and assembly efforts. Provide support for maintenance of the CRM system.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other marketing materials.
• Plan company participation at trade shows, including packing and shipping of exhibition materials, and coordination with trade show organizers.
• In addition, perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, limited accounting data entry/filing, and supporting HR functions.
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND/ First Degree options in Business Administration, Marketing, Secretarial or Finance.

• Excellent people skills and ability to multi?task across a wide range of duties is required.
• Must be self?motivated and able to prioritize between assignments.
• Must be competent in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a technology sales organization is preferred.
