A distribution company in the health sector is seeking to engage the services of a Business Development Manager.

Job Summary

• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the growth of the company's products and revenue and expected to work closely with the sales team to achieve this goal

Responsibilities

• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones to grow the base
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Researching and finding new opportunities
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Developing business growth goals for the team and ensuring they are met
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, marketing or related field
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
• Ability to manage projects and multi-task
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
• Proficient in word, excel and PowerPoint
