Wade Walker invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Business Development/Marketing Representatives. The position will be based at Ghana, West Africa. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Marketing.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

•  Assist in the implementation and delivery of the organisation's marketing strategy and associated Business Plan in Ghana with regards to the mining, petrochemical and industrial markets
•  Identify, qualify, and manage and closing of new business, driven by the promotion of Wade Walker and the Murray and Roberts Engineering African platform
•  Research industry and markets. Complete customer needs assessment to identify and evaluate specific business opportunities within Ghana
•  Maintain and develop existing and new clients through appropriate propositions and sales methods, to optimise business growth and customer satisfaction

Qualification Required & Experience

Competency Profile:
Qualifications:

•  Technical degree or diploma
•  Business Management or marketing qualification will be an added advantage
•  Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
•  Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)

Experience:

•  At least 5 years sales/key accounts management experience
•  Mining and petrochemical industry exposure would be an advantage
