Business Legal Executive

Qualification

. LLB / BA Law, BL with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business and legal fields
. LLM  or an international legal post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
. Knowledge and experience in international business law
. Extensive experience in applied corporate compliance and contract law
. Experience in drafting and / or review of commercial contracts
. Exposure to international IP Law
. Good understanding of common law principles, legal fundamentals
. Strong analytical skills required
