Job Vacancy For Business Process & Procedure Analyst At Aero Surveys Limited/Starbow Airlines



Aero Surveys Limited(operating under the trade name “Starbow”), is the largest Ghanaian airline by passengers carried, and has been credited with changing the face of the aviation in Ghana by way of its fleet, schedule, reliability, adherence to safety and on-time performance.  It currently operates domestically to three destinations from its base at Kotoka International Airport, namely Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale.

Role summary- Business process & Procedure Analyst

The business process & Procedure Analyst assists the company in the execution of business process management and improvement. Supplementary to this role are tasks of auditing and analyzing processes and procedures for continuous improvement

Essential Duties & Responsibility include:

•   Define and apply a structured process management approach and methodology to build and monitor Starbow’s processes and procedures
•   Analyze all procedures, processes, and team oriented tasks to reduce redundancy, build efficiency, and ultimately increase productivity of Starbow systems & staff
•   Enforce a structured process management approach and methodology to build and monitor Starbow’s processes and procedures under the guidance of the overall company policies and the leadership team
•   Communicate change and provide training to impacted business units
•   Challenge and brainstorm with functional unit teams to continuously evaluate their functions’ procedures and processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
•   Conduct all auditing efforts for Starbow processes, procedures, and internal documentation.
•   Make recommendations on automation with appropriate business case.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of bachelor’s degree from a four year university is essential.
•   MBA would be an added advantage

Career Experience

•   5+ years of Business Process Management or Analysis experience is required.
•   Experience in business documentation, process tools, is highly preferred.
•   Exposure to Airline Industry would be advantageous

Computer Skills

Well versed in MS Office tools & Process documentation tools

Communication Skills

•   Verbal / Nonverbal – Convey easily and quickly any message; Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens attentively and seeks clarification; Responds well to questions; Maintain professional nonverbal communication analogous to situation
•   Written – Writes clearly and informatively; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret complex written information including research data & Analyst reports.
•   Presentation – Presents clearly and informatively, Able to facilitate discussion, and manage target audience as needed.
