Role Purpose

The Business Support Analyst is responsible for conducting various types of specialized analyses including cost-benefit analyses, sales analysis, financial analyses and feasibility studies. He/She will document analytical findings and conducts internal and external research. The Business Support Analyst will assist, analyse and interpret data on behalf of managers to develop actionable business insights and insight-driven analysing to assist in decision making.

Key Responsibilities

You will drive and be the key owner to the following responsibilities:

•   Conduct qualitative research;
•   Provide information to stake holders for decision-making purposes;
•   Select appropriate reporting tool for developing acquisition and performance trends;
•   Conduct statistical and strategic analysis which includes preparing monthly, quarterly, annual and on-request reports;
•   Develop and maintain Tactical, Strategic, Administrative and Operational analytical capabilities;
•   Conduct briefings and presentations of analytical findings and conclusions;
•   Liaise with technical and field team to understand and resolve issues;
•   Monitor acquisition and distribution project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions;
•   Ensure proper documentation of processes.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree;
•   At least two (2) years experience working in analysis;
•   Good understanding of Microsoft office, features and integration capabilities.
