Job Vacancy For Business Systems Implementation Trainer
A reputable multinational company engaged in the provision of trade solutions and advisory services to both the public and private sectors has vacancy for a dynamic person to join its winning team as a: Business Systems Implementation Trainer
Primary Responsibilities
The objective of the Business Systems Implementation Trainer is to train users in the new IT systems for revenue generating agencies of the government of Ghana.
Duties / Responsibility
• Attend the train the trainers programme provided by system developers
• Help in the design / refinement of appropriate training programme in acoordance with implementation phases of the new IT application
• Refine/update training materials (Original materials supplied by system development team) for training courses to be taken by business system users of the new IT system for revenue generating agencies of Ghana
• Formulate and create materials appropriate to each training cource for post training continuous learning
• Conduct training for employees from different offices of revenue generating agencies of the government to ensure their readiness to the new IT system
• May also involve training support teams and presentation to other stakeholders of the project
• Test system changes when delivered and amend training material
• Develop (CBT) Computer Based Trainings
• Conduct training for employees from different offices of revenue generating agencies of the government of Ghana to ensure their readiness to use the new IT system
• May also involve in on-site support and contribute in analysis to determine solution to system issues raised by users
• Report and efficiently co-ordinate with Senior Officers
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, communication, engineering or information technology or equivalent
• Must have held a training position
• Highly proficient in speaking and writing English
• Excellent presentation and training skills, canability to handle training of people of varying or very low proficiency in use of IT systems
• Highly skilled in presentation and training software like PowerPoint, Captivate or similar applications
• Minimum of two years experience working in a project or business with heavy use of complex information systems
• Ability to learn new IT systems and business processes in a short period of time
• Minimum of two years work experience in a environment observing complex business processes in a short period of time
• Experienced in multi-cultural work environments
• Experience or knowledge in taxation systems and regulations is an added advantage
• Familiarity to large IT system projects is an added advantage
