Description Of Job
Responsible to the operations manager
• Liaise between Company and Client.
• Dispatch and Receipt of company goods & equipment in accordance with Project procedures.
• Liaise with offshore and onshore site teams to ensure that Company goods and personnel movements are completed on schedule.
• Liaise between Vendors, Subcontractors and the Purchasing Department to ensure that all have a full understanding of the back-up documentation required for purchase orders.
• Maintain close communications with respective HR departments to facilitate effective movement of personnel
• Shall be in charge of purchasing and supply.
• Maintain awareness of, and compliance with, the Management System procedures which directly affect the work undertaken.
• Shall be in charge of supplies to the rig and other related responsibilities within the company in accordance with laid down policies and procedures.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must have a good knowledge in supply chain
• Must have a very strong Negotiation skill
• Must have knowledge in Contract management
• Should have good Performance management skills
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and with little or no supervision.
• Must be a computer literate.
