The Position: Call Centre Representatives
A Call Centre Representatives to respond to and resolve incoming customer enquiries and concerns by phone or electronically.
• Receive in-coming calls to take orders; answer queries; handle complaints; troubleshoot problems and provide information
• Complete call logs and produce call reports
• Provide information on COMPANY products and services
• Accept and log all suggestion for modifications to services and products lodged by callers
• Route calls to appropriate centres
• Analyse, re-order and determine issues by priority
Qualification Required & Experience
At least a general education degree and experience in similar environment or training in customer service
Other requirements:
• Strong communications skills – verbal, written, listening
• Fluency in English language is necessary. Other Ghanaian languages are a plus
• Knowledge and experience of customer service principles and practices
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Good data entry and keyboard skills
• Ability to work in a team both local and remote
