Job Summary:

•  Implements policies that govern the certification of Members
•  Provides information and counseling to applicants
•  Liaises with Polytechnics & Universities on Student Membership
•  Implements systems and strategies for increasing membership, maintain reliable membership database
•  Ensure the planning, programming, budgeting and execution of CPD programmes
•  Monitors CPD points to members attending accredited programmes

He/She will report to the Executive Secretary

Qualification Required & Experience

Job Specification:

•  University Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
•  Corporate Member of GhIE for not less than 6 years
•  Experience in Human Resource Management
•  Good verbal and written communication skills
