The candidate must be capable of:

•  Preparing and coking food using international standard methods
•  Supervising employees within section of the kitchen
•  Writing food requisitions for the kitchen as and when required
•  Ensuring the cleanliness of work stations and in the entire kitchen

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Professional qualification with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in an international standard hotel.
•  Must be computer literate
