As part of the senior management team, you will develop all policies, procedures and systems for a new Airline and will have direct responsibility for the development and implementation of the strategy for this new Airline. We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.

Reports directly to the Managing Director

Role:

•   He/She will be responsible for achieving all commercial aspects of the company
•   The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities and driving growth across the Company’s business activities
•   Through a strategic approach to market and business development, the Chief Commercial Officer will significantly shape the development of the Company’s strategy by maximizing flight revenue and optimizing ancillary revenue opportunities. The Chief Commercial Officer will also play an instrumental role in working with teams responsible for customer aspects to deliver customer service excellence
•   She/he will be responsible for the commercial budget to meet the Company’s strategic and operational business plans

Qualification Required & Experience

•   The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years relevant experience in Aviation industry, a related sector or a fast moving service industry or a fast moving service industry at a senior level
•   Experienced in at least 2 of the following aspects will be helpful:
1) Sales and Revenue Management
2) Network planning and analysis
3) marketing
