Job Description

As the CEO of the company, in addition to the normal role of the CEO, the candidate must be capable of:

•  Working with the Board to set a 5 year strategy for the company
•  Initiating, preparing and presenting investment proposals for real estate developments
•  Ensuring production of technical drawings and specifications for projects
•  Obtaining statutory approvals
•  Appointing and co-ordinating the activities and works of contractors and professionals
•  Negotiating with service providers and other professionals in the development and management of real estate assets
•  Supervision of construction projects
•  Liaising with property manager and leasing teams
•  Maximising the potential income frm the company's assets
•  Recruiting, motiving and coaching a team to achieve corporate goals

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Minimum of 5 years relevant senior management experience and appropriate qualification (Minimum BSc) in the fields of:-

1) Project Management
2) Real Estate Development
3) Real Estate Investment
4) Responsibility Description
