Responsibilities / Duties

The Chief Executive Officer is primarily responsible for the overall management of the business and affairs of Company. In this capacity, the Chief Executive Officer shall establish the strategic and operational priorities provide leadership for the effective overall management of the company.

The Chief Executive Officer is directly responsible to the holders of shares of the company, through the Board of Directors of the company, for all activities. The CEO is specifically charged with the responsibility for managing the strategic and operational agenda of the Trust and for the execution of the directives and policies of the Trustees

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum Degree in Business - MBA (Finance) or Masters in a related field
•   At least 10 years of experience in Asset Management environment
•   A team player who demonstates strong general management and leadership skills
•   Cross cultural mindset and experience in delivering projects with cross-border teams
•   Strong commercial and analytical skills with a demonstrable understanding of asset management risk principles
•   Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities, supported with diplomacy, team working skills
